MDRES Fund Committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Santa Bir Lama, President of Nepal Mountaineering Association. The meeting was held with its members for the first time in NMA Secretariat dated 6th August, 2021, (22nd Shrawan, 2078), Friday. In the beginning of the meeting the president , members and the staff of the nma had an introductory program followed by discussion on the formation of MDRES committee. The Account Officer Mr. Raj Kumar Tamang further highlighted the scholarship amount the association has been providing and also the fund the association has been receiving from other associations and banks. As per the decision of the MDRES Fund committee it was further decided that in the regards of providing scholarship amount, the interest received from MDRES endowment fund and the fund received from different organizations in the account of MDRES will only be used. Likewise, it has been decided that only on the basis of  the original school bills and documents the sum of Rs. 6000/- per month will be recommended to the Central Secretariat of NMA. In addition, only one child in a family will be privileged for the scholarship.
